Hi, my name is Samantha. I am a -year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Saticoy (east Ventura area), situated in a peaceful apartment complex. The apartment itself has toilets, plenty of kitchen storage, a medium-sized living room, and easy access to the for commuting purposes. It is also located close to a Jack-In-The Box and a Circle K for all late-night-snack-run pleasures. The rate is $; ideally the person who will take this room is a woman as the other renters in this apartment are women also. We pay for electricity and wifi (typically ~ $ per month, give or take) but water is free. Shared laundry but there are almost always available washers and dryers, even on busy "laundry days". The complex has a pool and basketball court as well. Surprisingly nice view of the Topa mountain range as well. Each apartment unit gets one free parking space; I always pay for my own so other tenants can switch one month to the next as to who wants the free space and who wants to pay for the additional space. Another option is street parking -- which is totally fine, just somewhat difficult if you are getting home after 9 PM. Otherwise it's a good option. Thank you so much!!!
