Renting a house on the Southside of town and looking for a roommate. They will have a room in the basement while my room is upstairs. They will also have a private bathroom and living room area. Laundry and kitchen will be shared. $ include rent and utilities. You will be added to the lease and have to speak with the landlord officially before moving in but move in date is available asap. NO PETS
