I’m moving into this apartment January 1st and need an roomie asap! The lease is for your individual room in the apartment. $ security deposit. I’m looking for someone who works/ does school full-time and is in there s. I like to keep a clean and quiet home but don’t mind having friends over. Smoking is ok, just prefer to keep it to the balcony. I do have a dog, so just let me know if you plan on bringing one too.
