The studio is positioned at the rear of the building. Street noise is limited and two large windows reveal a treetop view. The kitchen and bathroom are clean, of modest size and comfortable with modernish fixtures and tiles. There is also an on sight laundry in the basement.

Rental price does not include utilities, which include internet, ConEd and National Grid.
