I'm Moving Back to LA!!!

I am looking for a place to share as I'm moving back to LA from NY January 6. I've lived in both places for long periods of time and prefer LA! Plus my sister lives in Hollywood Hills.
I'm , sober, gay, white male, clean, responsible, creative and trustworthy. I have been ushering at Moulin Rouge the Musical on Broadway for 6 years. I also pet sit and help people organize and de-clutter (although I prefer not to do that at home). Many references.
