SINGLE BEDROOM WITH WINDOWS IN HISTORIC TOWNHOUSE. MASTER BEDROOM MAY ALSO BE AVAILABLE/CAN BE NEGOTIATED, AND IS IN SECOND PHOTO

This is a single room in a gorgeous and historic townhouse! The house is furnished, with the exception of the available room, which has a spacious closet and windows. The available room is on the second floor. I am open to the idea of switching spaces as well, and in the master bedroom, the largest room pictured. The other potential room is the master bedroom, with two closets, a ceiling fan, windows, a chair and lamp and other furniture pieces potentially available if interested (they are waterfall style drawers and a gorgeous Italian antique bedframe, though I’d likely want a couple hundred dollars or replacement bedse, in the event I moved to the smaller room.

The kitchen has a gas range, island, chairs, huge storage space, modern refrigerator and freezer with ice and water dispensers, a soda stream, an instant pot, pots and pans and other appliances all available to you. Any food in general is yours to share! There is an attached half-bath.

Connected to the kitchen is the patio, with seating, a beautiful flowering tree overhead, street access that latches, and even patio seats and garden space. There is also a cellar space in the event of severe weather.

The living room has chairs and a television available for use, as well as a decorative tower record player that someone nifty might be able to get working.

There is an attached room to the living room that is serving as a bedroom for the other tenant but has securing doors and curtains separating the space.

The second floor includes a landing furnished with an ottoman, television, Nintendo switch, desk, and Xbox, all available for use! The available room is on one side, while my room (possibly available for trade) is on the other.

The bathroom has a tub, shower, and several drawers available to you, along with a large mirror great for prepping for the day!
