about the house: shared bathroom between the two downstairs tenants, shared kitchen, unfurnished living room, dining room, shared balcony, hardwood floors, fireplace, laundry onsite, lots of natural light, big backyard, basement storage, and ample street parking. the house unfortunately is not ada accessible and has stairs to enter.
the home is centrally located between hawthorne + belmont in the historic buckman neighborhood, close to colonel summers park and right on a very bikeable street.

utilities: most utilities included (electric, garbage, etc). water is billed every three months and is usually around $ per person.

pets: no additional cats (house already has two). the resident cats roam freely but respect closed doors.

house vibe: calm, clean, respectful, communicative, not a party house. looking for someone easygoing who appreciates an older home with charm. open to a couple sharing the downstairs area if they’re considerate and contribute fairly to shared spaces.

common areas: i’m happy to remove or rearrange furniture so the home feels shared and comfortable for everyone.
