I'm looking for a roommate for January 1 to fill a ba at the corner of University and Observatory Park.
Move in date is flexible up until February 1, but I would need to know well in advance.
9th floor ExSE facing room with a private bathroom, generous walk in closet and amazing natural light. Rent is usually between with all utilities including wifi and parking. The building has a decent gym, pool and hot tub and really great staff. Condo grade concrete ceilings so I never hear the neighbors. WD in unit! Mostly furnished but there is plenty of room for you to make the shared space feel like yours as well.
