Hi! We’re looking for people to take over our lease in a b unit at Hub Bancroft (Southside) from January . The place is really nice, built 2 years ago, and located literally across the street from campus (right above Insomnia Cookies).

The Room:
- Shared double (2 spots available).
- Already set up with partition + curtain for privacy (see pics).
- Rent: $/month per person ($ off standard rate!).

The Apartment:
- Huge unit: sq ft (way bigger than average).
- In-unit Washer/Dryer (Free!).
- Modern kitchen w/ dishwasher & microwave.
- Chill housemates (2 others in the second room).

Amenities:
- 2 Rooftops, one with a BBQ & one a Sauna.
- In apartment gym and workout equipment.
- Study lounges with free printing.
