Hello my name is Alan (he/they) and currently just looking around for a home for my 5 year old cat Fred and I that we could move into after my lease ends on September 1st of next year. My budget is or lower per month. Fred is a friendly kitty with an old man demeanor so he'd have no problem warming up to roommates. He's been an only cat his whole life, so I'm not sure how he would respond to another pet living in the household but given his friendly nature it shouldn't be a problem if they are introduced properly. Open to having roommates as long they're friendly and respectful. :> I'm rather shy and keep to myself most of the time. Majority of the week I'm at work and have varying shifts (the latest shift ending at pm). Prefer a unfurnished room. Usually I stay up late and wake up at around 7 am. Never been evicted.
