Rent is month-to-month, and the occupant of this room is responsible for $, as well as a $ security deposit to be paid upon move-in. Tenants split electric, internet, and city trash bags. Landlord pays heat and water – no AC. There is one parking spot that roommates can share or negotiate. Coin-op washer/dryer located in basement, shared with occupants of two other units upstairs. There is a dishwasher. Apartment has two floors and an entrance on each level. Lower entrance has a mud room. Current tenants are an elementary school counselor (she/her), her partner who spends weekdays in Skowhegan working for a paper manufacturer (he/him), and an aerospace engineer who works from home but travels frequently for work (he/him), all of whom are in their late twenties and have been in the apartment for years. No pets allowed per management.
