Hello! My name is Nick. I’m a twenty-four year old man looking for a roommate for a January move-in date. I am currently a high school Theology teacher, and some of my hobbies include playing and listening to music, visiting museums, seeing plays/musicals, watching football, and trying out new restaurants with friends. This is what I’m ideally looking for in a roommate/living space (non-negotiables are labeled with an asterisk):

- Male, age twenty-one to thirty

- Practicing Catholic (or someone who is respectful of Christian values)
- Open to a loose guest policy with strict quiet hours*
- Very high cleaning standards for the living space (looking for someone I can mutually agree with on a cleaning schedule)*
- Looking to spend ≅$two thousand, hundred/month in total on rent between both of our contributions (willing to go a little higher if it is the right place)*
- At least bathroom living space*
- Someone who is okay with having a piano in the living space, is also okay with me playing it during the day and singing (both of which I do sometimes for work and recreation)*
- Looking to live in the Verona - Cedar Grove - Montclair area, the Millburn - South Orange - West Orange area, or the Paramus - Fair Lawn area. Open to other areas in northern NJ as well.
- Ideally furnish the apartment with homey furniture
