This is a fully furnished (except for the bedroom) apartment in a well-maintained and beautifully landscaped gated community. It’s square feet. It’s upstairs in a 2 story building, accessible by a flight of stairs.

The building itself is very quiet. All the neighbors are respectful about noise levels, for the most part. It’s peaceful.

The living room is fully furnished and comfortable. I have an air conditioner in the window. There’s a large screen smart tv and I have several streaming app subscriptions on there. There’s also a wood burning fireplace for those cozy winter evenings.

The kitchen is a shared area with plenty of cabinet space for your own things!

There is a lot of nature surrounding the complex and a nice patio to view it from.

There’s a washer and dryer in-unit, along with a dishwasher.

The bathroom has a double vanity. We each have our own sink, mirror, set of drawers, and cupboards. It has a bathtub/shower combo. There is a closet fully stocked with towels.

There’s a hall closet to hang coats in.

The bedroom itself is unfurnished and has a closet. I can provide a dresser for your use, if wanted.

The apartment property itself is quiet and peaceful. There is a seasonal pool and spa, fitness room, and sports court.

There are a couple parks on the street. A wooded park right across from the apartment that has walking trails in it, and further down the street, a landscaped park with walking trails, a little free library box, and a community garden.

There’s a free, covered, assigned parking space that is yours for the taking.

Utilities, electricity, and wifi are additional shared costs. We can discuss how to handle other shared costs such as cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies (plastic wrap, etc), toilet paper, etc.

I’d prefer someone without pets. A single cat might be considered. Single females only, please. No overnight guests. No smoking (smoke-free property) Minimum month commitment.
