Looking for a roommate to sign a lease in a . I love a clean life, I like my space calm and never bring the part home. I am very social and would love to have a respectful friendly roommate. You will need to be able to pass the building requirements of good credit / no evictions 2x the rent etc. I have minimal pictures but I can send you videos if you are interested I need to move in by January
