Looking for a roommate to share a lakefront house on two and a half wooded acres in
East Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch with full house access. Bathroom shared with two people, must be clean. Rent is eleven hundred all inclusive, with access to Manatee River included through HOA. Water, electric, WiFi, and other extras included. Outdoor lounge area with seating for ten, huge fire ring, fenced yard for doggos! Room includes a queen bed with linens, desk with chair, dresser, and well-appointed walk-in closet. Furniture can be removed if you have your own, no additional cost as this is included in the move-in fee.
