Private Room in 5BR Townhome in Avalon Park

Looking for a new roommate to move into our Timber Springs townhome. You would be living with my two children and myself. (I am , my son is and my daughter is , a UCF student.) I work from home and I’m off on weekends. We do have a puppy.

You would have the master suite downstairs with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. All our rooms are upstairs. Laundry, which is upstairs, is shared. Common areas are kitchen and downstairs living area.

Your room comes with a mini-fridge, but I cook frequently and you are welcome to join us. I also have kitchen appliances and dishwater and cutlery you are welcome to use.

I am not strict—just looking for someone who keeps common areas clean and communicates well.

Location Perks:

Minutes from Publix, Walmart, and all of downtown Avalon Park and Waterford Lakes. Chipotle, and tons of other shops and restaurants are very close.

Only 8 miles to UCF, minutes to Downtown Orlando and the airport, around minutes to Universal, SeaWorld, and Disney parks.

Easy access to major roads and everything you need nearby.

Rent & Utilities:

Rent averages $/month and can include a bed, desk and chair, TV, or none of the furniture.

Utilities are separate and average around $/month total. (Which is of cost):

I am looking for someone who is:
