🛏️ • BA – you’ll get your own bedroom + private bathroom (apartment layout photo attached)

🛋️• Fully furnished w/ in-unit washer/dryer

💰 • Rent is $ + utilities/fees (about $ total a month)

👭🐈• You’d be living with two other female roommates, both students. They’re clean, easygoing, and respectful. We’re looking for another female roommate to keep things comfortable. There’s also a super sweet cat named Ash in the apartment (photo attached)

🚌 • Shuttle to UTK runs daily (pm Monday thru Friday, Gamedays: 2 hrs before and after games) (schedule attached)
