Hey, I am currently looking to sublease my room in a B at Rise on Chaucey for the spring semester with an option for a summer extension. It is close to campus, has a washer and dryer in the unit, an option to add parking, a gym in the building, and many other amenities. The roommate is male, but he is clean, respectful, and chill.
