Spacious, furnished, affordable bedroom in my 3- bedroom apartment set in a great location in the Bronx. The rent is $ and all standard utilities are included in the rent (see below). Female preferred. No couples, children or pets. No smoking.

The room is fully furnished. It has a queen-size bed and dresser. There is a window air conditioner available for you to use and all you would be required to pay for is installation by the superintendent (about $).

The apartment is not modern but the trade-off is that the rooms are large. The bathroom and kitchen are shared. There is a washer and dryer in the apartment.

Apartment is in a secure building that is just one block away from the B/D Train Subway Station (th Street Station) for access to the west side of Manhattan and three blocks away from the #4 Train Mt. Eden Subway Station for easy access to the east side of Manhattan.

This will be a co-ed living environment and you will be living with two roommates. You will be living with a woman and her her elderly father (-years old), who will be moving in after he completes rehabilitation for a recent illness. We are looking for someone who is mature, clean, respectful and will not bring frequent overnight guests. We like to maintain a quiet, peaceful environment.

Rent Requirements:
