Looking for someone to take over my lease Jan in South Boston. Can be furnished or not and willing to give half of Dec covered. Apartment is quite, amazing sunset view, clean, 2-story gym, pool, rooftop space, dog park, parking and sits across the street from Whole Foods and many restaurants. Close to the Orange and red line, as well as, multiple bus lines. $/month



Apartment is a great place and a short walk to downtown and Boston Commons. I will miss it here, but need to leave for a job opportunity elsewhere.
