Hi! We are four female students living in the Table Mesa area of South Boulder. We have a spare room in our house to sublease, available immediately! The room is located on the first floor, has a half bath, closet space, and gorgeous views of the Flatirons out of the north and west windows. The house has a large backyard, lots of open space and walking trails surrounding the residential neighborhood, and is only a minute drive from campus. Plenty of grocery stores nearby, minutes from Pearl Street, and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop.

Rent is $ a month, including fees!
