SBU incoming pa student housing

Hi everyone, I am an incoming female student at SBU pa program that starts in June. I am looking for housing no further than 15 mins drive away from Health Science center, with a budget of up to $1200. Preferably 1 bed/1 bath apartment or shared with all female at most 3-4 roomates. I am clean and will spend most of my time studying. Please let me know if I fit the criteria!
