I have a bath available for rent. WiFi and cable included in rent. Have to pay half of electricity bill. I have weekly or monthly payments available. The space is available for a couple or one person. I’m ideally looking for someone who will rent for 6 months or more, but I’m open for short term arrangements. Lease is month to month with a one week notice. Neighbourhood pool is available.
