• No built-in closet, but comes with a dresser and a stand-up clothing rack
• Fully furnished — just bring your own mattress
• Utilities included (Wi-Fi, water, electricity, etc.)
• Shared bathroom
• Private entrance
• Backyard area for lounging and smoking (🚭 no smoking inside)
• Bonus: Ceiling fan or mini-split AC may be installed soon (stay cool in the summer!)
About the Home:
* I am a live-in landlord.
* There are three friendly cats — renter must not be allergic.
* Pets allowed (up to 2) — must be well-behaved, quiet, and cat-friendly.
