It can accommodate a queen bed, desk, dresser, and bookshelf. Optional furniture such as a twin bed, desk, or AC unit are available if desired. Heat and hot water included in the rent, and electricity and internet are shared among roommates. We also share minor household incidentals, including cleaning supplies, paper products, and gas for the grill.
