Your room comes fully furnished with a full-size bed, bookshelf, nightstand, and dresser. It also includes a large closet, a wall-mounted TV, and a lockable door for privacy. You’ll have full access to common areas such as a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, dining room, patio with grill, and a community pool. A designated covered parking space is included, with a private back-door entry through the patio. All bills are included in the rent, including ultra high-speed internet, water, and utilities.
