My daughter( yrs) is looking to sublease her master bedroom with en-suite bathroom in penthouse apartment in The Pacific for Spring Semester because she will be studying abroad. The Pacific is one block from campus.

Amenities include two rooftop pools/jacuzzi, a fully equipped fitness center and more.

Her rent is $ a month plus the cost of utilities. We are offering at a huge discount - $/month plus utilities. It is a large apartment with balcony. One female roommate currently also in apartment.
