bath Apt, acces to whole apt

I have a bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom apt , you'll have access to the whole apartment for 9months while ill be working out of town, This is a short term lease in a beautiful quite complex in Concord NC with a pool , gym , on parking near all stores and transportation. I will pay the internet and washer and dryer bill , you will be responsible for the utilities you use bill. I'm looking for a single person to stay in the apartment who is clean , employed, and no cigarette smoking in the apartment , I'm asking for 1 month rent to move in. I have my room with a bathroom also which will be locked. I will be returning home on some holidays but other than that you have the furnished apartment to yourself, I'm looking for someone quiet who stay to themselves.
