Hello, my partner and I have a room available in our house starting the beginning of October. The person planning on occupying in October had a change of plans.

The room is furnished with a bed and chest of drawers.

No smoking inside, marijuana is ok, but outside only

No pets

Must be LGBT friendly.

We're open to a month lease, and happy to extend afterwards if everyone is comfortable.
