Hi! I’m right off La Brea Avenue in the heart of Hollywood—a beautiful neighborhood I’ve called home for over years. It’s an easy walk to Runyon Canyon, the Hollywood Walk of Fame, the Dolby Theatre, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and the Hollywood/Highland Metro station. This -bathroom unit includes your own private bathroom and dedicated parking space. The building also features a rooftop pool with stunning city views. I’m currently years old and travel frequently for work. I’m seeking a mature roommate who respects the space and my belongings—someone who’s not a party animal, has a full-time job with stable income, and avoids hosting parties or having overnight guests every night. Additionally, I’d appreciate someone who cleans up after themselves, doesn’t leave dishes in the sink, turns off the AC when not in use or away (including when leaving town), takes out the trash, and helps keep the common spaces tidy. That said, I’m up for the occasional wine night or girls’ night when I’m in town and available. I’m single with no boyfriend, so there will never be randoms coming in and out of the house. This price is all bills included and the price is locked in for your duration of stay. No security deposit required, but you will need to pass a background check.
