Quit clean space needed

year old professional in need of clean quit space that i can call home. Work third shift Sunday-Thursday am for Volvo Trucks North America testing their concept and prototype trucks. I do not smoke but do vape. I may drink once a year if that. I do not smoke recreationally but do not mind if my roommate does. Cost of space I'm willing to pay is not firm but negotiable.
