About the room:
The house is in a quite neighborhood. It has a small fenced in back yard with a concrete slab patio. All utilities are included in the rent. The shared spaces in the house are the living room, kitchen, and laundry room. There is a driveway and garage available. There is one room available and it has a shared bathroom.

About the roomies:
We’re two roommates, both working first shift at a warehouse, so we keep a fairly steady schedule during the week. The house is shared with Titus, our friendly dog who loves people and brings good energy to the home.
Day-to-day, we mostly keep to ourselves, giving everyone their space and privacy. On weekends, we like to relax and hang out together, but nothing too wild—just a laid-back, friendly atmosphere. We are LGBT and friendly.
