I have a master bedroom available for rent in a bath house in Little Elm. The room comes with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, and the house is in a safe, pet-friendly community with a backyard. Rent is $/month with a refundable $ deposit, and utilities will be split three ways. It’s a 6-month lease and we’re looking for a male roommate. PS- A small dog lives in the house, very friendly don’t bite.
