Looking for a clean and respectful Female roommate who will fill room/space separate from the house.

Included own separate furnished room, living area furnished/appliances (all what’s in photos) own private restroom, shower, living area, small kitchen with own appliances shower, restroom, closet space, and (1) car space in the driveway. As well as free temp. day street parking for guests (no males please).

(No laundry included there is a Hour Laundromat down the street)

The room space is separate from the home so there’s no interaction. If you like privacy.

Month to Month rent includes water, electricity, and internet. Please DM me if you’re interested!
