Will trade home services for partial rent…see below.

I have a ’ room to rent with private entrance. Comes with a comfortable king sized bed and a couple end tables, but can can use your own furnishings. Included in the rent: Internet, Electric, Water, Gas, Garbage, Monitored Alarm System, Yard Maintenance, Bug Guy, and Pool Maintenance.

This home has a security system with all doors/windows monitored, a motion detector, and front/back cameras.

Living room has ” tv while the pool table room has ” tv. Bedroom has own a/c unit, space heater, fan, and humidifier to supplement central a/c.

If a couple, then would ask for another $ for utilities.

If willing to do home services will reduce rent by indicated amount. Yard maintenance ($). Pool maintenance ($). House cleaning ($).
