Looking for a studio, or cottage

Hello, my name is Sonia and I am looking to snowbird to the Fort Myers/ Northern Fort Myers area. I work from home. I am looking for just myself and my small support Boston terrier who is 4 years old. She does not bark nor has she ever barked because she is deaf and she is completely housebroken. I prefer either a studio, a one bedroom or a cottage type of apartment. Would even consider a roommate if the situation arises and it is a good fit, I will be leaving Maine mid-november and I will be staying until May sometime.
