I AM CURRENTLY RENTING MY SON’S ROOM – The photos show it furnished, but the room will be rented UNFURNISHED.

Shared kitchen and bathroom (only one bathroom in the apartment).

High floor with an amazing city view. Wi-Fi and all utilities included.

Rent is $/month (or $ if you need parking).

I live here with my -year-old son. We’re friendly, responsible, and easygoing.

IMPORTANT: We wake up early (6 a.m.) for my son’s school.

We have a very calm and friendly cat, so you’ll need to be okay with pets.
