I’m currently offering several rooms for rent
in my recently updated -bathroom home located in Lakewood, near the Belmar area. The home features a spacious backyard, a well-equipped main kitchen, and an additional food prep area in the basement.

My goal is to create a comfortable, affordable, and compatible living environment tailored to young professionals. Multiple rooms are available at various price points, with a flat $ monthly fee covering all utilities, including high-speed internet. Additional amenities include:
Monthly professional cleaning of common areas
Shared household supplies
Extra storage available in the two-car garage
Optional furnished rooms (bed, linens, dresser, towels) for an additional $/month
