$ deposit that Isn’t due for 5 months after move in date. House is a bath(no bedroom has a private bathroom. Big driveway & woodfire stove in living room for those cozy winter months. Located just minutes south of Flagstaff.

About myself, , been in arizona since . Born in Mexico & grew up in San Diego for years. I work as a bartender at the High Country Motor Lodge. Not in school at the moment. When not at work I love to go on hikes, camping trips, snowboarding/Skiing. Traveling & anything outdoors. I have a year old Blue Heeler who is a doll (she loves people & dogs).

Anyone (Male or Female is welcomed) Like previously stated no bedroom is private so a discussion can be had to ensure the most just & respectful living situation.

Flexible lease as well, whether you need a month by month basis or want a fixed lease for a couple of years for a discounted rate. Open to negotiating to best fit your needs.
