ISO quiet & clean living situation

I’m marijuana friendly and smoke myself, but don’t like nicotine in shared spaces. I’m cool with any pets and plan to get a cat myself. I work fast food. I keep to myself mostly but if I trust and respect someone then I am social with them. Most important things to me are living somewhere with clean shared spaces, especially the kitchen, and no constant loud noises from my roommates. If the neighbors are loud thats out of our control but I don’t like roommates that yell all the time and play loud music and movies on speaker
