Hi, my name is Michael. I am a year old professional. I am looking to lease out two bedrooms in my four bedroom home. The monthly rent is $ rooms are available immediately. I have one roommate currently (m). I am moving back to LA but will be keeping a small room for myself, so I won't be around much. This is a great home that is central to all of Phoenix. Beautiful pool in the backyard and updated Kitchen w/ shaker cabinets.

Base rent is $, utility will be split between all roomates. If I come into town and spend time in my room, I'll contribute for that month. I will be for pool service & landscaping each month.
