I have a Roommate Placement Service but the name of Guaranteed Roommate and always need rooms for my clients if you contact me and send me pictures and pricing details I can match you with a roommate on a more personal level. My fee is $ per placement and it’s a one time fee with no upfront cost. I also provide screening and background checks .

Room available at a weekly rate of $ per week, $ refundable deposit, $ app fee. Qualifications are proof of income, valid identification and no felonies. Same day move in available. Near Oakland City Train Station.
