Hi everyone! My name’s Tristen and I am an incoming graduate student at UMN. I am looking for preferably three year lease or anything that’s available at least for months while I settle in the new city. I was born and raised in South Korea and moved to the US in my twenties. I am in the middle of career switch and the graduate program at UMN is a pivotal training opportunity in this transition. That said, i look for a place with like minded, goal oriented, humanistic, and respectful people. My budget is around Eihgt hundred and hope to save as much because currently I am partially paing for my NYC apt as I plan to sublet it during my time in MN. I am easy going. Please reach out :)
