This includes all utilities and access to the kitchen and laundry as well as a beautiful backyard and pool. Power and WiFi as well as streaming services included as utilities. Month to month and room can be empty for you or I can furnish it nicely if you wish. Two rooms to choose from and a guest room will be available also refundable deposit upon leaving room and home clean and damage free. Off street parking available. No smoking home please.
