Large Furnished room month townhome

Townhouse Looking for a new roomate, Large room available August 1st, available to move in immediately. Walk in closet, Full use of the kitchen, indoor laundry, internet included. I dont have lots of rules just respect me and i will respect you. Overnight guests are ok but only renting the room to one person not looking for a couple. Absolutely no pets and i do have a small dog thats house trained and everyones friend. Let me know what your looking for if i didnt cover it in the ad. The electric bill is split would be renters responsibility.
