Hi, my name is sandeep. I am a -year old working professional. I am looking for a roommate. I have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom available in my bath house. I am looking for one male roommate (working professional) to cover my house expenses. You can have the second bedroom to store stuff or however you like to use it. I like to keep things simple , just as I do: Non-Smoking, non-drinking, no substance use/pets. Background check required. I am a very quiet person as well. So a person with similar profile is what works.

I have a current roommate until end of november, but the other bedroom is furnished and ready for occupancy. If it works and you like to move in early, we can adjust/decrease the rate since you would be sharing the restroom until then. After that time, I like to stick with one roommate ideally. The price is relatively higher, but the neighborhood, easy of stay , private bath, could be worth it for the right person.
