I am renting out my second bedroom, my townhouse has a full bathroom and a half bath. Rent and electricity are split each month. Parking is available and internet is included in your rent.I have a dog so unfortunately no other pets are allowed. I have a furnished house but the available bedroom will be unfurnished.
