Great location, house is near walking trail next to a lake. Very clean living and respectful roommates. Room is upstairs and has king size bed and private bathroom. 5 minutes from Walmart Neighborhood and 7 minutes from Waterford Lakes Plaza. 5 minutes easy access to . Safe neighborhood and did I say we live very clean? Never a dish in the sink. All utilities included.

We do have one lb. mini poodle, hypoallergenic and does not shed. He's the only pet in home and prefer it that way. Other roommate is allergic to pets. Short term rental only.
