Its a sq ft house with large rooms and large closets. Community with a park area. The rental would include the following utilities electric, water, internet (fiber), gas. The house also has a water softener. Cleaning is shared. Price is negotiable if you are offering a skill(ie handyman) or wanting to clean all areas or one of the smaller rooms. Ideally there will be no shared walls between roommates. What type of qualities am looking for in a roommate:

Maturity and past experience living with others. High standard of cleanliness. Consideration and respect for others living in the house. No previous criminal history. Not a registered sex offender.

A little bit about me. Am military and I work in the medical field as a nurse. Ive been in for years. I like to maintain a clean house and a friendly environment.
