room in a Manor house all inclusive

Hello! I have a room for rent in Manor. We are both very nice guys and respectful to each other's privacy. My roommate and I play drums in the garage until pm some nights. You may smoke outside. I do have two kids that visit on the weekends and a cat. Looking for someone who will fit in nicely into our home. Gamers welcome but you would have to pay $ extra for electric.
